General Policies

  • All orders shipped in San Francisco will be charged the local sales tax of 8.50%. All other California residents will be charged 7.25%
  • MADE Jewelry handcrafts all of our pieces, and each piece may exhibit slight variances due to the handcrafting process and/or the natural physical variances in semi-precious gemstones.
  • We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper or unsafe use of our pieces.

Return Policy

We want you and your gift recipient to be proud of your MADE Jewelry purchase. In the rare event of a problem with one of our pieces, please ship us the item for an inspection. If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the item, and ship it back to you at our cost. You will be issued store credit in the amount of your shipping costs to us.

If we determine the damage is not a result of our workmanship or materials, you have the following options:
(1) We will ship the item back to you at your expense,
(2) We will repair the item for you for a $20 repair fee, or
(3) You can return the item to us and get online store credit, minus a 25% restocking fee.

Your purchase may be returned within one week of receipt for refund or exchange, provided that it does not display signs of excessive/rough wear and is not damaged. Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please properly pack the jewelry pieces so that it is not damaged in transit. Please ship to:

Jewelry Care Tips

Here are some helpful tips to ensure that your MADE Jewelry pieces are always looking its best.

Wear

  • Avoid snagging, catching, breaking, and denting your jewelry by taking it off before you play sports or exercise.
  • Avoid discoloration of metal pieces by not wearing it into a pool or coming into contact with hairspray.

Clean

  • Treat your pieces gently whether you are cleaning or wearing it.
  • Regular buffing with a soft, cotton cloth will help keep sterling silver shiny, and loose dirt can be removed with a mixture of mild liquid soap and warm water applied with a children’s toothbrush.
  • Commercial cleaners are available to remove tarnish, but make sure you choose one that is safe for gemstones if they are part of the design.

Storage

  • Beaded designs, necklaces, and dangly chained pieces should be stored flat to prevent tangling.
  • Separate your gemstone pieces so it does not nick or scratch each other.
  • Minimize tarnish by wrapping each piece in a soft cloth and storing it in a sealable plastic bag.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of MADE Jewelry’s ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted, MADE Jewelry reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, and/or discovery of an incorrect item price. MADE Jewelry reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, MADE Jewelry will refund your account.
